A nostalgic buyer splashed a tape $6.35 million on an incredible Christmas gift for his mum of an absolute beachfront holding at Palm Embankment.

The retro dark-brown-and-brick styling of the original 1970s home reminded the devoted son of his babyhood days, so he bought it for his female parent to enjoy her golden years by the sea.

The home at 73 Jefferson Lane was marketed via an expressions of interest entrada with Rob Cinelli and Leanne Frohmuller, of LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast.
